Range-fed Pork custom cut to your specifications. A $75 non refundable deposit is required. This deposit is applied to the price of the bulk pork. We charge $2.40/lb and the butcher charges $60 for the kill and $1/lb for cut and wrap. This is based on the hanging weight of approximately 200lbs.
