A $125 non refundable deposit is required. This deposit is applied to the price of the bulk beef.
Total price of a hind quarter is approximately $700.00 (this is based on the hanging weight of the beef - approx 175lbs).
Popular cuts from a hind quarter include: Ground Beef, T-Bone/New York Steak, Tenderloin, Sirloin Steak/Roast, Round Roast, Rump Roast, Tip Roast and Stew Beef.
*Cut and wrap is approximately an additional $1.10/lb (this will be paid to the butcher)
